Skoro już jesteśmy przy lalkach to jakiś czas temu trafiłem na szwedzką stronę Stardoll.com (Your paperdoll haeven) prezentującą virtualne laleczki do przebierania. Stardolls, poza szeroką gamą gwiazd popu, oferuję również inne celebrities takie jak aktorzy, atleci czy arystokraci. Pomysł zabawny szkoda tylko, że autorzy (Liisa) nigdzie nie wspominają, że jest on niemal dosłowną kopią japońskiego fenomenu Kisekae Dolls. Szwedzkim laleczkom przyznać trzeba, że są względnie podobne do swych pierwowzorów a zestaw postaci jest naprawdę imponujący (ponad 400), brak im jednak lekkości i wdzięku a dostępna dla nich virtualna garderoba wydaje się być mocno konserwatywna przynajmniej w porównaniu z niekotrolowanymi wybuchami japońskiej wyobraźni. Sam site ma charakter pół-komercyjny: dostęp do pełnej gamy lalek i ubrań wymaga wykupienia członkowstwa VIP (You need to be a member in order to become Superstar). Niezależnie od wszystkich tych mankamentów polecam odwiedziny – jest w czym wybierać. W naszej rzeczywistości pomysłem nie od rzeczy wydaje się stworzenie podobnej stronki z postaciami publicznymi – możliwość przebrania np. Stardolls, como indica el nombre, esta enfocada en las celebridades – en su propuesta ofrece a parte de las estrellas pop también actores y modelos, hasta la realeza. La idea esta divertida solo lastima que los autores (Liisa) nunca mencionan que su sistema parece casi una copia directa del KiSS Japonés. Hay que admitir que las munecas suecas están parecidas a sus prototipos y que la oferta esta realmente impresionante (mas de 400 personajes) a pesar de esto siento que les falta ligeridad y encanto, también su guardarropa parece ser bastante conservadora por lo menos en comparación a exuberantes explosiones de fantasía japonesa. El mero sitio tiene carácter semi-comercial: el acceso a la completa gama de munecas y vestidos se puede obtener solo después de adquirir la membresía VIP. (You need to be a member in order to become Superstar). De cualquier manera recomiendo la visita – hay de donde escoger. Por otro lado en mi país últimamente cada vez mas atormentado por la moches de actual gobierno parece buena idea crear un sitio parecido con personajes públicos – la posibilidad de vestir de rosa por ejemplo nuestros Ministros de Educación Publica podía alivianar algo de la tensión social por lo menos entre los últimamente amenazados maestros gay. ////// Some time ago I find in the web Swedish page with virtual dressing dolls: Stardoll.com (Your paperdoll haeven) The name indicates its focus on celebrities – in Stardoll stock you will find a part of pop stars also actors, models and even royalty. Funny idea, just shame that the authors (Liisa) did not mention at any point that they system is almost direct copy of Japanese KiSS. I must to admit that Swedish dolls look pretty alike the actual prototypes and that the stock is astonishing (around 400 characters) but at the same time I feel that they lack of lightness and charm, also the wardrobe look pretty conservative at least in comparison to exuberant explosions of Japanese fantasy. The site itself has half-commercial character: the full access to all dolls and clothes you can obtain once paying the VIP membership (You need to be a member in order to become Superstar). Anyway I do recommend the visit – there is a plenty of options to choose even in the free zone. From the other hand in my country – that lately is each time more tormented by square minds of its leaders – such site with public figures could be a good idea. The opportunity to dress in pink skirt current Ministers of Education could provide certain relief from social tension especially for the recently harassed homosexual teachers.
