I’m very sentimental on Modern Talking. It was a sort of forbidden fruit for me – being a punk kid I was secretly sneaking into some disco parties because the girls were there. Cheri, Cheri Lady will always bring me with it a sweet artificial test of Ela’s cheep lipstic. Skinny she was, foxy faced and there was no girl more beautiful than Her back then in 1985. And She wore pink lace dress when I saw her for the first time (damn zipper on the back), and fishnets (OMG!), and funny pointed shoes with two stripes and flat sole that were in fashion then. She had permanent (Yes!) and was a year older than me – need I say more…
