Rewolucja seksualna XX wieku, która przyniosła ze sobą reinterpretację wielu zachowań do tej pory uznawanych za poważne odchylenia tak w sensie moralnym jak i prawnym zaowocowała całą masą seksualnych utensyliów pośrod których natychmiast zwracają na siebie uwagę (choć bardziej ze względu na absurdalność niż urodę) dmuchane lale. Dostępne w Sex Shopach Sex Dolls zawsze obciążone były stygmatem groteskowości. Ja sam zresztą starałem się od początku mojej wspólpracy z Erotiką wyeliminować je ze sklepowych witryn ze względu na fakt iż w przeciwieństwie do innych erotycznych zabawek te zasadniczo pozostają poza sferą wspólnych gier łóżkowych będąc raczej smutnym czy wręcz żenującym substytutem realnego życia seksualnego. Oryginalnie zaprojektowane na przełomie lat 30 i 40 dla potrzeb wojska w Niemczech i Japonii z czasem stały się zasymilowanym choć z mocno wykpionym elementem codzienności. Do najbardziej spektakularnych realizacji filmowych należy seria animacji Steva Halla i Cathee Wilkins niedawno wydana na DVD pod wspólnym tytułem “Inflated”(Dzięki Charlson). W chwil obecnej Sex Dolls wkroczyły w dość zaskakujący etap ewolucji ale o tym już w następnym poście. Yo mismo desde principio de mi colaboración con Erotika había insistido en removerlas de los escaparates debido a que estas a contrario de otros juguetes sexuales generalmente se mantienen fuera de los juegos de la cama compartidos siendo mas que nada un triste sustituto de la verdadera vida sexual. Originalmente disenadas para el uso de los militares en los anos 30/40 en Alemania y Japón con tiempo se han vuelto un asimilado aunque ridiculizado elemento de lo cotidiano. La munecas inflables han sido frecuentemente explotadas por el cine y el arte (Anna Berndtson). Una de las realizaciones cinematográficas mas espectaculares basadas en ellas es la serie de animaciones de Steve Halla y Cathee Wilkins recientemente publicada en DVD bajo el titulo común: “Inflated” (Gracias Charlson). En este particular momento Sex Dolls entraron en el nuevo etapa de su evolución pero acerca de esto mas ya en el siguiente post.
